The apartment, over 100 square meters in size, is welcoming and meticulously designed in every detail. It is arranged over the ground and first floors of a private courtyard closed to pedestrian traffic.

The ground floor features a private garden for the exclusive use of guests, where it is possible to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors or relax in the outdoor lounge area. Inside, there is an entrance hall with a shoe rack and sofa, a living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen fitted with all appliances: induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, and refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen is equipped with materials that are as free as possible from BPA and microplastics, ensuring greater safety and attention to health.

The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom and a laundry area with a washer-dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms overlooking the garden. Each bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a private bathroom, and a spacious shower. In the central area of the first floor, there is a reading corner with armchairs and a curated selection of books.

The apartment also offers the following amenities: Wi-Fi (fiber optic), hairdryer, smart TV, and USB outlets. All rooms are equipped with independently adjustable air conditioning and heating.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and the first floor. Just 1 minute from the San Marcuola vaporetto stop, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Roma.

Other things to keep in mind:
The Venice tourist tax is €4.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights, to be paid upon arrival (€20.00 per person also applies to stays longer than 5 nights).

You will be staying in the artistic and historic district of Cannaregio, just a few steps from the Grand Canal and adjacent to the historic Casinò di Venezia.
