Tassa di soggiorno di Venezia di 4,00 euro a persona a notte, per un massimo di 5 notti, da pagare all'arrivo (20,00 euro a persona anche per soggiorni superiori a 5 notti). A Venezia, la tassa di soggiorno è un’imposta comunale che gli host sono legalmente tenuti a riscuotere e versare direttamente. A differenza di altre città, Airbnb non può includerla nel prezzo della prenotazione. L’importo varia in base alla stagione, al tipo di alloggio e alla durata del soggiorno.   • Respect and Care
  • Treat the apartment with care and leave it in the condition you found it. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred to the property.
  • No Smoking
  • Strictly no smoking inside the apartment, including windows and balconies.
  • Quiet Hours
  • Quiet hours must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors when using the stairs and common areas.
  • No Parties/Events
  • Write a description for this list item and include information that will interest site visitors. For example, you may want to describe a team member's experience, what makes a product special, or a unique service that you offer.
  • Energy Saving
  • Before leaving the apartment, please ensure all windows are closed and that the air conditioning or heating is turned off. Do not leave the AC or heating running while windows or doors are open.
  • Security (Code)
  • Always ensure the door is securely closed after entering your access code. Do not share the access code with unauthorized persons.
  • Toilet Use
  • Only toilet paper is allowed to be flushed down the toilet. Please use the bin provided for all other waste.
  • Check-Out
  • The door will lock automatically after check-out. Please notify us once you have departed.
